Got an email from them last night that my order (for over $2,000) had been returned to the store. I immediately called them up never having ordered anything; they didn't have my correct address either. Got the run around from three people! I called them up this morning, and again got the run around. There is no 'fraud' line to connect to. Have you ever heard of such a company! The best they could do, after i spent five minutes giving them all the information, was to tell me they'd investigate and get back to me IN SIX HOURS.... read more
Worst customer service ever. I was taken by them 15 years ago with a crappy refrigerator. Still haven't set foot back in that store. Not amazed that things haven't changed there.
Awful customer service at this location . The Manager is very, very rude.
