Absolutely terrible customer service. 10/10 do not recommend. Zach Salazar should be fired immediately. Pathetic and miserable representation for customer service!
CLUSTER F**K. Several audio displays did not work so it was impossible to audition speakers. Majority of the televisions were not labeled with the model numbers or the prices. About 10 to 12 TVs were not turned on. The larger premium TVs had different content playing making it extremely difficult to compare picture quality. I placed an order for pickup and it wasn’t supposed to be ready until January. They had it ready before then so I added my husband to pick up the order for me. He is my designated store person. He had all of the information needed, and when he arrived, they wouldn’t him get it. They wanted me to add him to family and friends pick up, but that option wasn’t available because I had already placed the order months ago. I will not ever buy anything from this Best Buy again. I can’t tell you how customer service is because I’m unable to even reach them.
I’m trying to get a simple answer to a fairly large expenditure and they will NOT answer the phone! Been on hold for over 2.5 hours with 3 calls! How’s that for service?
ordered a game console online for pickup today ans between the time I ordered and went to pick up they sold my order! and to top it all off WOULD NOT give me a cash refund so I'm out of the game plus the 326$ until my bank refunds it. The manager could have cared less that I am out the money until a refund is done.
One hour pick up? Yeah except it’s already been 5 and I have no idea when it will actually be ready. Chat says it delayed and the store doesn’t answer the phone at all. What a waste. 🙄
Took my money a month ago, lied about when the product would be delivered. Way to be a Piece of Human garbage. Never ever again.
