Stood in the Apple section for over 20 minutes. Did my own research and just needed someone to assist in purchasing. Not only did no one ask if I needed help, but no less than 3 associates walked by and did not acknowledge us. I get that it’s less than a week until Christmas, but when associates walk by and aren’t helping another customer, it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. went to av dept for home ent. appt. and no one ever called as they were supposed to wirhin 2days. cant get thru to the store by phone, calls all go to hold for hours. terrible service. avoid this store.
Home Depot lost our dryer and then it was back ordered so we picked up an open box one at Best Buy .
Amazing customer service in store tonight! Employees really went above and beyond for us. An all around pleasant experience. We will definitely be back for all of our electronics. I highly recommend this location. 2 of the employees really went out of their way to give us the best customer service possible.
I ordered a new phone. My order was confirmed, then I was told delivery would be delayed (understandable), then told item was ready for pickup with a window extending to Dec. 18. However, just 2 days later my order was inexplicably cancelled. After taking nearly an hour, I finally reached a store rep by phone. Best Buy is not checking IDs for store pick up and giving items to the wrong people. On top of it they are not rectifying the situation after they have done it. I’ve seen multiple videos online that these are employees stealing the guests items The manager there admitted to me that they don’t check IDs. They gave a $365 item that I purchased to a stranger and will not refund me
Terrible customer service, the manager Kenny I've never seen anything like him, the worst manners I've ever seen, and a pathological liar. would never set foot in the Bismarck Best Buy again!!
