Terrible. I wanted to buy a Roku 3, or Amazon fire stick. The sales boy had no interest in helping me. He kept trying to walk away. So finally I left. They have the same things at Walmart at a lower price.
Awful customer service. Guy didn't even know what I was talking about but still told me they didn't have any. I asked him to get a Samsung rep and he walked away and came back without him and said nope don't have them but he's setting up the display. Guess I'll wait til I go back home to lakeland next weekend and try my best buy. At least I know they will try to get the info for me.
The useless guy working in automotive electronics this afternoon was worthless. He was more interested in doing nothing than selling me anything. Was there with money in hand to buy the best backup camera system they had and he could have cared less. So I will take my money elsewhere. I will not beg to spend my hard earned cash in this store.
