I placed an order and received a phone call it will be delivered on the 10th. I received an email be there between the hours of 12-3pm. At 3pm I called customer service (Silvia) Blindly transferred me to your scheduling department where Yolanda told nope not coming. Maybe we would be able to reschedule for 15th. 5 days later. Maybe. It’s the Daytona store that should have called you! Really Best Buy this is all the customer service you have?

What is wrong with your staff?! Nobody knows anything. We come in to look at GPS/back up cameras. They have all been taken off the shelves about a week and a half ago; he can’t show us jack; and has no idea what’s going on and his manager isn’t around. Is your new business model to run off customers by having employees that don’t know anything about the department they work in?

Went in pricing tv's for my new place of living and must have been passed by or passed 8 to 10 employees and didn't even get a hello, or go away or I'm too busy talking to help you, nothing. Poor customer service all around. The only time we were spoken to was when we checked out with a cable for a tv we already had. We were watched by a few people as if we were stealing something, but nothing was ever said. This place sucks, this is another reason I usually just shop online.

The reasons are to many to list but they refused to honor their warranty agreement on one of our equipment and when I went to look for a computer at a reasonable price, the employee made a recommendation which was at a price I was willing to pay but then the employee told me they didn’t have that one in stock but they had another one of the same brand for $1,000. If they don’t have that one on display in stock then it shouldn’t be promoted or have a sign that’s states their out of stock.

Tried to call for information and I waited for 30 minutes to get some smart ass on the phone tell me they are very busy!!!! Total BS!!
