The best buy, in Daytona Beach, has the best customer service employees I've ever encountered. I heard, not from the employees, a friend that the corporation is planning on closing this store. this would be a horrific mistake. I know on line sales are high, so many are closing the person to person, human contact stores. Bought a computer on Friday, it wouldn’t turn on Monday. Retail was $899, I got it on sale for $649. Went back, and they didn’t have it in stock. I needed it for an online class that I’m teaching tonight. Sold me a similar computer that retailed for $849, and I had to still pay $100 more. I just feel like they could’ve just replaced it (even with the cheaper one) for an even swap.

Have always had good experiences with service and products. Last night we brought my son's Nintendo Switch in with an issue. We were promptly and professional helped by Jared at Cust. Svc. Do not buy from them! Buyer be aware, they sell bad product and then refuse to exchange. They sold my father Samsung TV closed in the box, when he brought it home and pluged it the screen was cracked from inside. they refused to replace. they made fun of him for dropping it. Aweful people! Do yourself a favor buy on Amazon.com !
Yesterday, I tried to return an unopened item, with a receipt, to the Best Buy in Daytona Beach(32114), which is the store I purchased the item from. I wanted the money returned to the debt card I used, which I had with me. I was told that I would only be given store credit. So I asked to speak with a manager. The manager showed up and proceeded to treat me like a criminal. He spoke to me in a way I've never been spoken to in my life! i do not recommend the one in Daytona Beach because they don't know their products and when I called about the problems iI was having with the unlocked phone I bought there the guy was rude. my time to return, which I tried the day after I bought it was up january 27th. It's Feb 1st. he said sorry your time is up and we're really strict on phones.
