Horrible customer service and a crappy attitude from management!!
Crystal Bass 4 reviews just now I was profiled tonight because of my appearance and accused of stealing by Willie and Mario. Well turns out they were wrong and I asked for the police to be called because I felt wrongfully accused and violated and the things they did was very traumatic. The best buy, in Daytona Beach, has the best customer service employees I've ever encountered. I heard, not from the employees, a friend that the corporation is planning on closing this store. this would be a horrific mistake. I know on line sales are high, so many are closing the person to person, human contact stores. Nothing comes any better then the personal compassion, highly skilled expertise your employees demonstrate. Bought a computer on Friday, it wouldn’t turn on Monday. Retail was $899, I got it on sale for $649. Went back, and they didn’t have it in stock. I needed it for an online class that I’m teaching tonight. Sold me a similar computer that retailed for $849, and I had to still pay $100 more. I just feel like they could’ve just replaced it (even with the cheaper one) for an even swap.

Have always had good experiences with service and products. Last night we brought my son's Nintendo Switch in with an issue. We were promptly and professional helped by Jared at Cust. Svc. Do not buy from them! Buyer be aware, they sell bad product and then refuse to exchange. They sold my father Samsung TV closed in the box, when he brought it home and pluged it the screen was cracked from inside. they refused to replace. they made fun of him for dropping it. Aweful people! Do yourself a favor buy on Amazon.com !
