10 people waiting 1 sales person plus they don't have stock on laptops they are always sold out, I had that before with an Epson printer that I got in 4 days from smazon
New tv screen went out in 5 days. No one answers the phone had on hold two hours.
Bought a TV online to be delivered next day. They call to tell us that the last one sold and we'll have to wait. Asked how long. The guy says he doesn't know to call the store. We've been trying to get a human for 2 hours.
How about more people on a Saturday. Love waiting over a half hour to be helped . 2 whole people in the computer area .
RecommendedBest Buy Daytona has an excellent staff that is always happy to help. I would recommend them for all technology needs
The guy working in phones today was very rude and should consider other employment. You see us standing there from greater than 10 minute to sarcastically ask if I check in a front desk. lol. The line at this counter made number 3 for us. Due to his unprofessional manners, we left. I hope he is reprimanded. 230 pm. July 19, 2020.
Last week changed a store pick up to delivery. In between the switch they sold my item so it couldn’t be delivered and I had to reorder it. Had delivery set for today. The site said everything was in order and Michael would be delivering between 12-8. Well it is 8:51 - nothing. Called the 888 gel aqua number and was told they were too busy to take my call and to call back tomorrow or go to online chat. Tried the 800 number - same. i've been trying all morning & afternoon to reach a live salesperson. fast forward 5 hours & after reading tons of comments on facebook saying customer service is nonexistent, i now understand that a representative will likely never answer.
Bought speakers a couple days ago that now are on your deal of the day for a cheaper price which you are supposed to match. But.... after trying to call the Daytona store and letting the phone ring for 20 minutes never to be answered I guess we can’t get our price match. You seriously need to get the stores reopened if you want to continue having people’s business.
