i've been trying all morning & afternoon to reach a live salesperson. fast forward 5 hours & after reading tons of comments on facebook saying customer service is nonexistent, i now understand that a representative will likely never answer.
Bought speakers a couple days ago that now are on your deal of the day for a cheaper price which you are supposed to match. But.... after trying to call the Daytona store and letting the phone ring for 20 minutes never to be answered I guess we can’t get our price match. You seriously need to get the stores reopened if you want to continue having people’s business.
Such a bummer during the “social distancing” I understand it.. and I appreciate it, but not when you check in and are offered to wait in your car for “30 minutes” but after a hour passes by, and you ask for an update your told the employee is on lunch.. okay, sure wait another 20 mins.. come to be told we were suppose to wait in line outside, because many people skipped ahead. Lack of communication here??? Left right after
drive 30 miles to get there to tv a tv and they are pick up only and would have to wait a hour to get it waste my time are you going to compensate me for my time?
Recommendednot pleased with service today, but, it is a pandemic and they are trying!!!
