Signed up for Sprint and was told we would get 3 months free and phones were BOGO free. Our bill is almost 400 dollars now (double what we were paying), no free months, paying for all of our phones. Go to the store to get this issue resolved and we are constantly given the run around. No one ever calls us back. Ive been dealimg with this for the past 3 months. Unorganized, horrible, was told wrong info over and over.'I was extremely unhappy with their whole set up!!!
Be very careful what you ask to buy...specifically asked if the item was what was featured in the ad and guess what, IT WASN'T! Manager was no help.
Bought my 55 inch TV (Insignia) here last December,no trouble with it. Returned a few months later for matching (Insignia) DVD player. Employees are knowledgeable about products. Will return when I want/need other electronics.
