Horrible way of working with placeholder tickets for people that aren't even there or have the decency to put it on there Facebook..Oh wait no Facebook
They didn't even try to help me 😒 Geek squad told me there was nothing they could do but he didn't even try to check my laptop 👎🏼
Picked up my online order. Waited 5 minutes or less and I was back on the road again.
Worst customer service, walked around the laptop and pc for 30min and no one came up to me to ask for any help. Except for one person in the drone section. Staff is unorganized and do not cater to customers.
Excellent experience. Got good help, found good products at reasonable prices. Bought and left. No issues. I'll be back.

Worst place to buy anything. I sure miss circuit city. Best buy at this locations doesn't honor their products. I've taken my tablet in 4 times because of their negligence. I will he going for my 5th time now. I asked for my money back which it hasn't been a year yet and they told me several managers said. It would takes weeks for me to get my money back so I would be better off buying another tablet. The motherboard fried within 3 weeks of having it. I used it 4 hours.
