I went in to exchange a TV that was broken in the box. I’m in the process of moving so I hadn’t tried the TV out in the standard 15 days. The 4 employees that I spoke with were more concerned with the policy than actually trying to resolve my issue or providing quality customer service. I had ordered a TV online and went to the store to pick it up. I figured I’d buy a dvd and look at the laser printers while I was there. Out of nowhere, I got ambushed by this lady trying to get me to switch home electricity plans. I tried to be polite, but she kept on and on hounding me. The Geek Squad is the greatest! They had my PC fixed within a day!
Robert and Ashley in Pacific Kitchens(the appliance section) are ROCK STARS. They helped me with a problem with a warranty company (not the geek squad). They really went above and beyond in fixing the situation. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honesty and character in the people you want to do business with. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
Tony in the car audio installation department, knows his stuff. Very patient and has done a great job on all my installs!!! Three cars and counting!!! He's installed tvs head units speakers and amps!!! Customer for life!!!!
