Best Buy still runs great deals online BUT make sure you just have it shipped to your house. They do not make it easy to do business in person at all. Still trying to pick up a TV I purchased online several days ago.
I attempted to call your Mesquite store for questions and inquiring if a item was available for pick up. I was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer insight. I had already decided not to get anything from this store but just wanted to see how long I would actually be left on hold. Still no answer. In this time in our economy this is no way to treat a customer. I have to guess that you already have all the money you need and no further finances are required for you location. Better Customer Service. I won't go back to the Mesquite, TX store.
If a customer comes in with a receipt and an unopened item, that customer should be able to get store credit regardless of how long they've had the item.
Spend $6,000 + & a week later? This is Best Buy’s professional delivery & setup~
They're customer service sucks. I've been here for at least 30mins. The employees pass me up & ask other people who just fot here if they need help. I guess if you're not buying a computer or TV they don't care....
They never have anything in stock. I came in Sunday for earbuds and band for my watch. Was told sorry we don’t have it right now. It’ll be in on Monday. This is Wednesday and was told we don’t have it in stock. I’m getting kind of tired of hearing this crap from here.
