For two days Best Buy has not answered their phone. They won’t answer in Bossier or Shreveport; they just put you on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes for each store. Are they out of business?

We will take our money to the competitor. My husband said he tried to call and no one answered, so me being the get it done wife. I tried and I’m sitting here with two phones listening to two different hold music. I’m sure you will hang up on me at 7:00pm.

My dash was damaged during the install of a radio and my hazard button falls into the dash. Weeks turned into months and the installation rep, the store, and their insurance company, Sedgwick, are not responding to emails after telling me they were going to replace the part. Management changes have made it difficult to get any progress. When Sedgwick (insurance company for Best Buy) was responding, they said they were also waiting on the store.😩

One of the worst examples of corporate customer abuse! They repaired my laptop (thanks to Maine's Implied Warranty Act) but destroyed the operating system. I refused to sign a receipt saying I received my laptop in satisfactory condition and go on my way. Had to make a scene to get the "manager" (useless joke) to approve the Geek squad guy to go ahead and open a new claim. Then he asked me to go home and get my charger. When I gave it to him, he implied that someone was gonna "take a look at it" in their back room. 45 minute... read more

No customer service whatsoever. Don’t even think about calling. You’ll be on hold for eternity. Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Never Ever buy from this place. 1. Geek Squad will take your computer and you'll be lucky to get it back 3 weeks later after being told it will only be a few hours. 2. They never answer the phone. 3. They never update the so called 'Status Tracking' 8 days after my computer was dropped off, status still shows 'Checked I'm. WTF are they doing with it? Loading it with some kind of Spyware? You can get much cheaper, quality items, and the same items, elsewhere. Where they talk like human beings that don't have an orange floatin... read more
