Ridiculous that they can't access receipts for online orders in the store. Shouldn't be too hard to link the computer systems. Frustrating especially after waiting in line for 20 minutes for one of the two reps. On a saturday, really?
Never will I shop this company again. Dan aka kitchen manager has no customer skills, I called and asked for a manager he stated no one was there but him, 4 trips to this store in 5 days and now another one tomorrow because they sold me items that dont work. I wasted 824$ on this purchase. If your employees dont know what they are selling and talking about they shouldnt be working within the company.
Me encanta, nunca he tenido ningun problema. Siempre ordeno por Internet, y recojo ahi mis compras, sin problema. Compro en la tienda, con excelente servicio. Best buy para mi tiene lo mejor en tecnologia y servicio.
Meh the staff was not helpful basically do it yourself Phone activation because we ordered on line. Didn't even offer to help. This store didn't rate highly on me Best Buy list. Crappy unhappy Staff. Customer service with a � people.
One star is being way too generous. Bought my iPhone from this store. They talked me into the insurance cause it was "the best ever"...Had an issue with the sound and took it in for service...(saying there would now be a service charge with the insurance because they changed their policy and it is retroactive(?!)and by doing the repair I would lose the warranty/insurance). After arguing with them about the bullshit that that was, I agreed to pay the service charge and they agreed that I could keep the warranty...on to the re... read more
Best Buy employees doing Samsung reps jobs! release day for S8 cant believe SAMSUNG rep no where to be found .....................
Nice clean store, although getting help is a tad lackluster unless you're looking at high ticket items. I do like how they will match prices especially against Amazon. Staff could be more engaging than cold.
