Store pickup at this time of year is horrible. 2 hour wait.
on Thanksgiving night I spent a whole 4 hours in the store in line to update my phones. with the long wait and all the money that I spent. the only thing I should of had to do was answer my phone. So you can spend 2 1/2 hours unlocking a phones yet I get 40 min max on purchasing. yet your so gang hoe on punching store brought warrantees and insurance on the product that you did not install all functioning apps & I had to take home to set up. On line for store pickup as I type for over half an hour with 60 other people. They have 2 people working the in store pickup line but 4 working the main line (where no one is currently waiting). Where is the common sense? I will be going to Christiana in the future and not here.

RecommendedShout out to Todd Johnston of the Geek Squad! I had ordered a new TV because mine kept flicking on and off. I paid extra for setup and Geek Squad support in anticipation of future problems. Todd discovered it was just a bad HDMI cable and saved me over $500, even though they were already here with the TV. Can’t beat that kind of service!

Nothing! I have been on the phone for 1 hr plus dealing with 9 different rep and their sorries! They don't mean a thing to me ! Each rep doesn't tell me that they're transferring me. I just get a sorry wrong dept. I have repeated this my name, telephone number, address, email address and this long order number so many times I know it by heart! This means that the person transferring me just is pushing me off to another person. I will NOT be shopping nor using their services after today! SLOPPY HOT MESS!
