Bought a Laptop for my daughter for college, she was supposed to get a 150.00 discount but at the store they told me I had to call for the discount and so I called Best Buy and they told me to go back to the store. Call the store today and they said I have to bring the computer in and return it and buy it back with the 150.00 discount. Why can’t they just take it off my BBCredit card. Very inconvenient. I think I will return the whole order and Buy of Amazon.
Purchased Microsoft Office through this store, and they never activated it. Been on hold with Microsoft/Best Buy for over an hour, and no one seems to be of any help.
I for the life of me figure out where the customer service is with best buy. They will be the next store closing treating customers like they are nothing .

Purchased a new refrigerator and the installation was a terrible. Totally installed wrong and major water damage to my floors and ceiling in lower level of the house. Mold damage as well. To make matters worse communication and trying to get service to rectify the problem is just as terrible as the installation. I URGE THE PUBLIC TO NEVER ISE THIS COMPANY. if so then use at your own peril!!!

Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service I received from the manager in the tv department. The manager was unable to match a prices tv from the previous week and when I asked if there may be a sale price beginning Sunday he said he would check but failed to return. We waited at least 10 minutes and left.
