So dissatisfied with this Best Buy location. They are a certified Apple location so I made an appointment days ago to have my iPhone battery replaced. When I showed up for my appointment the store associate told me they don’t have the proper adhesive and couldn’t do the work. After driving 45 minutes to this appointment I am livid that someone couldn’t pick up a phone to call me and tell me that before I wasted my time driving there. Every time we buy a 5k system from Magnolia it breaks weekly. They broke my fireplace during install, I was told their insurance company would come out and fix it. 2 months later, thousands of calls later we’re told by Magnolia that we have to fix what they broke and submit the bill. They lie and are completely incompetent! Go somewhere else!
We have ordered two items from this Best Buy, a refrigerator and a washer, and both of them have never came when they said they would. “It will be in Tuesday at 3” and it is well past that. They can never get anything in on time, and they do not have the decency to call and say that the order has been cancelled. When you call to talk to someone, you have a 30 minute wait.
