Best Buy, we don’t need someone waiting by the door asking us why we are there. We are there to look around or go shopping, it is really none of your business either way. Remove the prison guard at the door to check in.
I tried calling Best Buy at Concord Pike in Delaware for over 2 days now and no one answered the phone at all.
I went to best buy to buy a lap top battery. the women said to me we don't sell battery you have to go on line. so best buy lost a sale. and went right to Amazon. you could have order it at the store for me. but best buy doesn't want to make money. thank you amazon for one day shipping
I made a purchase on 3/14 one day before everything in the area got shut down due to the corona virus. Something I needed to return. Now that stores have opened again I went to the store to return the items and was told I would only get a store credit instead of a refund since I was past the return policy time frame. I waited a week to have a tech come here install my new computer and transfer the data - the guy got here early but refused to do the work blaming it on the call center for getting the wrong information - he states he didn't have the time for me he has other customers to go to!!! He completely refused to do his job. I was told I would have my item in an hour but no now it’s tomorrow, I was cussed at and threatened by a short haired Spanish woman who said she was the manager and she referred to me as dude . She is a horrible person and I would never recommend this store .
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. After I return the laptop, I will never shop at BestBuy again. I purchased a laptop that “should” have been ready to go as soon as I got home and went through the Windows installation process. This was NOT the case, as the Geek Squad failed to install Windows correctly as none of the drivers were working.
