Returned a tv within the 15 day period because it had sound problems and was given a gift card! Here is their return policy which says a FULL REFUND! Never shopping at Best Buy again! Best Buy's return policy has a standard return policy of 15 days from the date of purchase, with items eligible for a full refund and exchange with a receipt; without a receipt, the item can be exchanged. For items like cell phones and devices that require activation, the return period is 14 days.
The service at this store sucks. Go to a different one. Or better off shop somewhere else online where it's cheaper and faster. Bye bye retail store!!

Had a very bad experience with appliance delivery for kitchen. Experience in the store wasn’t half bad, but the good times stopped the minute the delivery service got involved. Stay away!
BUYER BEWARE!! PKH lied & omitted info about warranty & service when we bought washer & dryer with 5 year warranty less than 2 years ago. We were promised reliable service on par with Sears warranty service. Since reported dryer issues over a month ago, 3 service calls & a no-show, this is what our dryer looks like. PKH is forcing us to either have replaced & lose balance of warranty or pay us $500 when a replacement is nearly double that (which can't afford)! Horrible customer service HORRIBLE! They delivered a BAD fridge and I had to call everyday and got pushed around b4 even remotely resolving my issue
