20+ minutes on hold is garbage when I have 1 short question about my order.
I have called several times and get left on hold for 30 minutes and then get hung up on. Bought a tv the other day and was told that I would receive help loading it and strapping it down. The kid loaded it and then walked away. Saw they are running a new deal on the tv I bought and have been unable to reach them about their price match. Tempted to just take it back and go to a competitor with such pour service
I was placed on hold by your automated phone tree for over 18 minutes and not one single human answered the phone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
I have yet to call their store and not be put on hold for 45 at the least. Then you “accidentally” get cut off twice. This is the second time this year to try to get our new tv fixed. They could care less. Last thing I will EVER BUY from Weatherford Best Buy!
DISDAIN AND CONTEMPT IS STORE POLICY! Waited by the car stereos for over 20min after being told by 2 employees that they would call someone over. I dont even know how many employees walked by us and didnt say a word. Waste of a trip as this is the nearest location from us.. took our business elsewhere

I went to the Best Buy in Northglenn, CO and purchased a TV over two weeks ago, paid for it, the delivery and the installation. Delivery day was today and we received a call @9:00 am the day of stating they did not have the item we ordered at the warehouse- the manufacturer was delayed in shipping. I could have walked out of the store that day, but can’t get it delivered 2 weeks later. This is ridiculous!!! The manager wasn’t very helpful either. He could have cared less. Went in there for the last time ever today. Trying to buy a computer. Knew exactly what we wanted. A MacBook Pro. Short heavier gentleman was extremely rude. Made a scene in front of the customers. We were very patient and very understanding but your customer service is absolutely horrid. Asked for manager and he or she wasn’t working.
