Bought a Tv from them in not to long ago & brought it back today & was told could not rerun because it was “Accidentally damaged”why would the warranty not cover that?and why wasn’t I told?I will never buy another tv here in my life & the money I spend here I may never come back!#horrible
Terrible service. No one at the checkout. Phone people were too busy. Had to wait longer than needed at the customer service.
Seriously ran in here to grab one thing, knew exactly what I wanted. It wasn’t out on display despite saying it was in stock on the app. Went to ask someone, nobody around. Finally found someone he walked away and I knew he knew I was coming to ask him something. Finally got someone and he said oh check with customer service. Have now been in line for 20 min and counting and ONE person at desk for a long line. This is totally ridiculous. Just to top it off after standing in line for 30+ min they say they’re out of stock.
