So I preorder the new Xbox and had an order confirmation but was refunded my money when they couldn’t meet consumer demands and told me I had Insufficient funds but had an order confirmation and payed in full. So instead of saying it’s on back order you lied and had limited amount. So that’s how we gone do? 20 minutes later you try and erase the whole transaction as if it never happened ?
Worst customer service ever! Can’t reach anyone at the store. Finally connected with a customer service rep at another location, and was told that Best Buy had millions of customers like me. They didn’t care if I didn’t shop there anymore. The original issue was the salesperson signed me up for a credit card after telling me 3 times it wasn’t a credit card at all and it wouldn’t go against my credit.
been trying to get ahold of them for 30 mins because they called me and no one is picking up the phone 🙄

No way. Geek Squad is rude & unprofessional. Bought a HP Printer & called because it would not load the drivers. They got into my computer msconfig and turn off may running applications. Then wanted 39 dollars to fix it. I had just bought it an hour earlier.
Have your employees to answer the phone!
