Terrible experience—would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. The prices are extremely high, and the service was disappointing. I tried to explain what I wanted, and the technician just kept saying “yes, yes, I understand,” but clearly did not. My nail ended up concave and misshapen. She was rough and unprofessional, pulling my hand around with no care. The technician was young but seemed to lack any artistic skill. Overall, it was a complete waste of time and money.
I had the worst nail done today, ask for something else and she did trash on my nails and charge me so high just for this trash never going there again
Someone ringing me from Best Beauty pretending to be a phone provider wanting my bank details because they can give me a good deal, said they were from O2.
