Have to say that we could not have made a better decision than to go with Bespoke. Adam was great as project manager and kept us informed at all times, even when it was clearly very challenging. Reece and Charlie were fantastic builders who really grafted hard to make quick progress and indeed, all the trades we had in were efficient, capable and professional. Extremely happy with our loft conversion from Bespoke. Not only did they come in at a very reasonable price, they (and the specialist teams they employ - electrics, carpentry, plumbing etc) were a pleasure to work with at every step of the way. Which means a lot if you stay living in the house with a young family throughout the entire build! They were extremely organised and are clearly a well-oiled machine. Just had our loft extension done by Bespoke Loft and we're really happy with it so wanted to write a review and recommend very highly. From the Holly in the office, to our fantastic project manager Adam, to all the tradesmen who worked on the project (special shout out to Ricky the legend of a carpenter) - we couldn't have been more impressed with all of them. Absolute Gem! From start to finish Bespoke Lofts have been exemplary. Steven came and all my worries disappeared, as he has so much expertise and experience. As previously said he even draw a plan to help us visualise what we were planning. Adam, our project manager has also been so reliable, so easy to communicate with, so trouble solving. An excellent service was provided from beginning to end. I work full time so was anxious because I wouldn't be around every day but I was able to talk to my project manager whenever I needed, as well as communicate with the builders on site. I am so happy with the finished product, which was completed faster than I thought it would be. I had to use the 10-year guarantee as a drainpipe became loose a few months after completion.
