Abysmal service from Gavin and team - months before anything basic is done with the house (still waiting for multiple repairs since. moving in), unresponsive to emails/phone calls, truly difficult to work with.
I really don't like having to write this review, but unfortunately the service I received off this agency has been appalling and I would highly recommend anyone looking for agencies to help you rent out your property that you do not use this agency. I would say the agent I worked with was the main problem but considering that I also complained to the manager of the company, who was frankly downright rude in his response, I can't even just blame the agent I worked with. Susie and Maria have honestly been amazing, they’re always so helpful, quick to communicate, and nothing is ever too much trouble.
