I took in my platinum wedding and engagement ring to be resized and a 14k bracelet to be fixed. Given this time of the year I was so excited to get them back, looking all sparkly and resized and bracelet fixed to a high standard. Would definitely recommend
Went in to repair a very damaged ring of little value, but great sentiment value. I wasn't expecting much hope. The staff were very kind and considerate and empathetic. Very big thank you great repair looks like new and well received by the recipient. Great price too. Again thank you.
Went in to get my watched sized . Miserable woman said it looks fine to me ! Advised it’s loose and is new needs correctly sizing again she responded that’s how people wear them ! Loose… again advised it needs at least 1-2 links out I collect watches and know what’s what..this is a 3k watch and my preference is for it to fit .I am not a rapper nor do I deal in illicit drugs so no I don’t wear my watches “loose” first time I’ve ever had that the older lady is perfect but this miss with attitude needs retraining !
