Muddy but great
Absolutely no consideration for locals! This pumpkin picking is a nightmare. The whole length of the already narrow road is blocked with parked cars, it's impossible to get through. We scratched our car having to drive into a bush because there's no space to let anyone past, you can only fit one car through at a time and cars are joining either end because you can't see the chaos ahead! Then everyone gets stuck. If you are going to monopolise the road for pumpkins at least employee staff to manage the traffic!
Ridiculous. Local road completely impassable because Bert's decided to turn it into a car park for the day. No signage, nobody out managing traffic. You should be turning people away if you can't accommodate them, not encouraging this chaos.
This is the first pumpkin patch we’ve ever visited so have nothing to compare it to but we had a great day. We arrived around lunchtime thinking we would grab lunch there but on seeing the menu realised there wasn’t one vegan option and I couldn’t feed my child as although he is only vegetarian, the 3 children’s meal options were meat. Almost all of the team working there were friendly and there were some great opportunities for photos. Would visit again but would eat first or take a picnic.
