On this visit the issue with my 2016 Jeep Patriot was taken cate of in a very quick about of time. The service department staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I thought the repaor would be costly and it was covered with the warranty.
If there was an option for 0 stars that would be the one selected. Horrible experiences and empty promises is all I encountered. Yes they say what you want to hear but don't do as they say unless you keep at them. Don't waste your time. Just go somewhere else. Horrible customer service they say will have someone remedy the situation and nope they won't but they do ask that you please give them all 10 in a survey. Worst place by far.I bought my truck and needed a few things serviced that were under warranty. It's been 2 months and they still haven't got to it!! The service center is terrible. They do not return my calls and keep giving me excuses. If I could give it a 0 I would!!!
One of the worse experiences ever. Do not shop here. Look over contract before you sign! And now you don't stop calling for me to trade in my vehicle. Get me off your calling list!
Placed a order in Friday they said they would have my truck by Saturday never showed up called the seller and he ignored my calls. Showed up at the office and they had me waiting outside over an hour and were very rude. Very bad customer service
