when you walk around for an hour and a half, walk in to the dealership and stand right in front of the receptionist, walk past MULTIPLE salesmen, and no one says a freakin word; not even a simple “Hello” or anything to you. guess they didn’t really want a sale. �
Lying, cheating, deceitful trash! That what I thing about Bert Ogden. They sent me a flyer saying I had won a TV. So I called them and they CONFIRMED my prize. I drove all the way to Mercedes from McAllen, got there and they said I hadn't really won. So I used my GAS and TIME to go there and GOT SCAMMED. Salesmen are extremely nice. Just stick to vehicles without add ons. MSRP 40,900. With ad ons 50,900. But went up to 55,000 when we sat down. They got it down to 46,000 but all 2017's are supposed to be 5000.00 off and it had hail damage. One wasted evening.
This service center is unorganized and highly unhelpful. No one returns calls. They can’t even tell me if my vehicle has been worked on after being there for 2 days. Super frustrated with this company everytime I have to deal with them.
Today my wife and I bought our second vehicle with Bert Ogden at this specific dealership and it was once again an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From our salesman Jorge all the way to JP and Chase they always seem to amaze my wife and I. We were glad to do business once again with great business men that strive to provide the best for the customer! I highly recommend if you are in the market for a vehicle to check these guys out. They are straight to the point, courteous and extremely caring.
