Horrible customer service . My truck is been in the dealer for 3 days now , been told it would be out the same day or next day latest .. tried calling service Dept , & they never answer , when they did was told one one rep was available & was currently busy. When somebody writes a positive review , the dealer replies back with a gratitude message . When you write a bad review , they don’t bother to reply ... asked for a loaner & was told they didn’t have any .. of you’re not going to fix it , keep it & give me a new one .. m... read more
Very bad customer service. No loaner or rental for a car that needs to be checked. No time frame as how long I would have to wait and I have to work. Manager came out with attitude and didn’t care for losing customers. Stayed I had to wait all day until they diagnosed. All this after parts order are on back order for another week. I do not recommend this place to anyone
All I can say is Mingo is the best salesman hands down !
If your vehicle breaks down and take it there, some particular parts they don’t have and the customer has to wait for more than one week. If they sell those vehicles there they should have access to the parts so you have a happy customer and they tell their friends. So that’s when word of mouth gets around and you have more customers
Why is the customer service the worse??? They don’t know how to get back to people, salesman are rookies, we are beyond shocked this place gives Bert Ogden a bad name. No offense to anyone but this place needs to be organized and managed better. I think they love to sit on their inventory.
The salesman who was helping my father out had no clue on how to sale a vehicle. On the website the vehicle had a price set and all the description of a tacoma, but sadly the man was describing a different tacoma. The gentlemen had no clue on how to answer our questions. Need better trained staff!!!!
