manager was very rude to me and my wife tried running us off because it was late by locking up and turning lights off while we are still in the inside talking with salesman never doing business there again
Purchased a used vehicle almost 2 months ago and still haven't received title and registration. Apparently they sell vehicles without title in hand which, according to the TX DMV, is not allowed.

im from Crawford Texas and was visiting family in Harlingen My steering system went out and so I called Bert Ogden about the problem and they checked it and found my reccon pinion was out. they had one in stock and replaced it within hours and I still had time to had back to crawford the service lady who I think her name is crissy or cissy she was great and cute and friendly. a big thank you to her.

Their mechanics don't know anything. months later (almost a year later) and my check engine light still keeps coming on. Never again will I go back there. Horrible Service Department. they will find other things that are "wrong" with the car, but they would tell me they just cleared the engine light sign. Seriously your the reason my car is getting like this. Learn to hire mechanics who knows what to do, ohhh and ones who actually tell you to be honest on the service survey.
