First off stop scamming the people about 3 weeks ago I stopped in the dealership to get a directional signal replaced the service man told me it would be $500.00 to replace the bulb said they had to take the front end apart to get to the bulb it would take 2 hrs to fix my Cousin went on U Tube seen how to change it took him less than 10minutes did not take anything off the car this is a SCAM my wife took the car in for a recall and oil change and tire rotation she had a coupon I got off there web page expiration date 12/2019... read more

So far my service has been great I went in for oil change rotation of tires and recalls I asked if they could get me out as soon as possible as I was going out time...they were wonderful..and was grateful
Bought my Jeep from Mingo. Great salesperson I would highly recommend but I would not buy from Bert Ogden again. Going back or calling them for questions you might have is a nightmare. Their phone doesn't get answered unless you hit the "Sales" call. I had a question on my warranty and it took me 3 days to get help and I got it from Mingo. I spend 56K on a Jeep. I love the Jeep but now I wish I would have listened to people who told me to go to Payne in Weslaco.
The service was superb. They arranged for a car to use until parts came in. The truck was fixed properly and promptly. Crissy was our service rep and did a terrific job. Everyone there did a great job.
