I went in for an oil change and Mr. Mauro Vasquez took care of it within an hour.
First they did not know the tow rating was different in a 2500 power wagon versus other styles. Then they hit my credit report 4 times and promised only one. The sales manager was rude and sold it to me above the advertised price. I did not know they had it advertised until after. Buyer beware. 3 people asked me and 3 people ignored my questions. They did offer me a free tank of gas to give them a perfect score. Sending all to the state this week for unethical business practice.

Service guy needs to learn manners. A young service guy answering the phones at noon lunch hour argues with me when I ask for my car keys, gets upset and tells me not to tell him what to do, attempts sarcasm about me having to wait 30 minutes until after lunch, and then gets defensive when I let him know I can hear him bad mouthing me to another employee. I can let all that go, but, then this youngster actually steps up on me and asks me what I’m gonna do. WTF? This is a first for me and I’m an old guy.
