I'm very disappointed with Bert Ogden CDJR HARLINGEN. I went for those $5,000 over Kelly Blue book...a lie. It has to be on a new vehicle... of course they use the rebates...thats not over the value of your vehicle..it's using the rebate to cover for your negative equity....that's not help...I knew there was something hidden but I just wanted to see if this dealer was honest enough to say it how it was on the Facebook page. Worse experience ever on a dealership.
The sercive advisor christy is super RUDE didnt help or even try to get us the information we needed. we have been without a vehicle since oct. now they wanna charge 1700 for literly nothing. DO NOT GET A VEHICLE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE to get serviced there.
