I have never had any issues with Bert Ogden in the past. I purchased a 2019 Jeep last April, well my daughter and I almost had an accident when my Jeep started shaking uncontrollably in the expressway. I had never experienced anything like it before. After doing some research I found out there is this thing called “Death Wobble” that has been reported my many Jeep owners. I bought this Jeep for my daughter and now I’m concerned for her safety. My vehicle has been there for over a month. They said dodge doesn’t have heads for my vehicle. Wow. By now, for a 2018 challenger , they should have some. Service told me there’s no telling when they receive heads for it. I’m still concern for a vehicle I’m not using and paying for .very very unsatisfied
