The Service Department could do better in providing adequate customer service. No customer likes to feel like they are insignificant, incompetent, and ignored. By far this is the worst service I have received at a dealership. At this point I am hesitant to even return for future oil changes, despite them being covered. (I’d rather pay elsewhere at this point!).

Horrible customer service, they had my Jeep for 5 days and when I called to check on it they gave me the run around saying “we’ll call you back” or “yeah we’re working on it” they didn’t even have it! It ended up at the other dealership. Don’t waste your time here.
