RecommendedService was good in and out fast
Great staff....Sevice Manager was very helpful and informative. He kept asking if I needed anything while I was waiting on my Dodge Crossroad to get serviced which didn't take long. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle here as long as I own it.

Bert Ogden Harlingen POS Ever since Bert Ogden built these car lots in Harlingen they block the fire hydrants I talked to them couple times but they think they can block them it's not like they don't have enough parking spaces on the lots. I just hope the Fire Department doesn't need water to fight a fire in the neighborhood around
Awesome customer service
I have taken my 2016 Jeep Compass to them for repair since February and as of June 6, my jeep still has not been fixed. I have had to resort to call Chrysler. I have had the worst customer service as well. I have called them and have been on a on the phone for over 10 minutes on more than one occasion. If it is not one excuse it's another.
We have bought several vehicles at Bert Ogden CDJR. The people there are very welcoming, they treat us like family, and are knowledgeable about our needs. If they don't have a vehicle I am interested in on site, they will move heaven and earth to find it and get it to me so I can make an informed decision whether to purchase or not. They are attentive, but not pushy, and fun to deal with. I would strongly recommend building a relationship with them.
