My experience was a good one except the fact that they had only one person on oil changes this morning . I will go back but just hope that they have more than one tech .

I totally recommend it! Ask for Mr Joel Stillman, he truly took his time to help me get my vehicle, Jeep Patriot! He's goes of his way to get what the customer can afford, very courteous! The finance department was also very friendly and explains everything...Thank you Joel & Bert Ogden!
Nice selection was super quick to find what I wanted and the staff was Easy to work with and accommodating.
Terrible customer service! I've never been so disappointed with a dealership like I am with this one. I leave voicemail messages that go unreturned and I am constantly being transferred from one person to another and nobody has a clue. I gave up a month ago in trying to get my $50 for a referral as well. Never again.
Joel Stillman did an excellent job sealing the deal . I wouldn't even use the terminology salesman but more like Auto representative!he He showed true guidance,professionalism,knowledge and took his time to make sure that I was comfortable with the vehicle and purchase I was making. The wait was minimal and I left the Dodge very happy. The finance department did an awesome job and was thurough which is exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Joel!
