They did great calling me back ect when they wanted me to buy the car but now that I am having problems the person I need to speak with is not at his desk. Beware bumper to pumper does not mean what it sound like!!

Yo compre una grand caravan se 2015 y le pregunte amy vendedor por los tapetes y el medijo luego te concigo unos despues boy y medisen que esa caravan notraia tapetes porque es la mas varata yo creo que 26330 dolares no es muy varata y teve que comprarlos aparte en 165 dolares y reconosco que el servicio despues dela compra es muy bueno y ay disculpen pero eata fue la inica manera de desir algo
A bit disappointed. I just moved to the area. Every other Jeep dealership I've been to since I've own my jeep to get service they wash the car when it's done. That wasn't the only issue. I went in specifically asking for an estimate on a part and repair and they never did the estimate. I told two people I needed this done. Clearly they weren't listening to me. Came in for factory recall on driver airbag.. New to Harlingen and very pleased with how service dept. performed. everyone was very cheerful and courteous..

By far the best place I've been to. I came in to service my car and they treated me way better than where I bought my car. Will definitely come back here to service my vehicle and to purchase a new one soon.
