Second time this place looses my business cause of there bad customer service skills. After talking with one manager here came a Finance manager or who ever he was named Chase. Acted like he owned the place. I had a great deal but just cause of him I would rather go else where then give this guy my business/money.
Go anywhere else. I spent 2 in half hours with these people, everyone saying something different. Im asking for an estimate before they run my credit and apparently the owner (chase) walks out and gives us a hard time on getting a estimate and acting so rude, we just said forget it. And excuse my language but he didnt give a shit. And said ok and left. Horrible business. Honestly the sales reps are unknowledgable. Went last year for a recall. DIDN'T LIKE BEING SETUP TO BUY A NEW CAR FROM A PUSHY SALESMAN!! I just went to do the recall. That's ALLL!! I didn't appreciate the salesman lying on my credit app about my income being more then what I really earn!!
