I'm a new tenant, recently moved in. I dealt with Michelle, the manager, and I absolutely loved the level of attention I received from her. She thoroughly explained everything, keeping me informed of processes and procedures. I love the amenities, the closeness to my job, the cleanliness of the apartment and the building itself. I'm very pleased with my decision to live here, I made an awesome choice!
I've been living at aviva gables now for about a year and recently renewed my least for another year. I'm extremely satisfied with the staff working,building and amenities. Thank you for making it possible to call aviva gables my home!!:)
I've lived here for a couple of months so far and it's been my best experience in Miami! Viviana and Joe are incredibly helpful. The amenities here are incredible and the location is prime. If you have plans to move to the Gables check out this place!
