Unresponsive, Buggy website and impossible to negotiate
Update: I was really happy but new management is getting worse, cars are parked everywhere double parked and in front of the bike racks, ive sent muntiple emails of the cars that were parked but nobody seems to fix the issue or gives a solution to the “guest” parking what is mainly used by residents now, also the last few days I smelled animal feces on the carpets when I walked in the hallway, I called emailed and went to the office today (open until 5pm it says) but nobody is eager to pick up the phone or sit in the office ... read more
The staff is great all very nice and attentive. Viviana is the best. It is upsetting that since the new owners certain amenities have either been cutback or just not working. Tv in the mingle room has been out for over a month. Coffee is now only available from 7-to 7. What about residents that work early or enjoy coffee later. Seems like a very petty move on the part of the new owners. Enjoy leaving at aviva but don't appreciate the changes
