They were all so kind considerate and caring during our rotties last hour. It was a very painful visit to see major so bad...but they helped us make an unselfish decisions to give our dog peace. The vet we saw was Chris and he really was compassionate. At a time like that....we really appreciated it. They also gave the keepsake footprint box and today we also got a sympathy card in the mail. Would highly recommend this facility☺

NEVER AGAIN! The care should be rated at a negative 10, 180.00 to tell me and my family my poor dog has a luxating patella (floating knee cap) to take her to her normal vet when they opened for them to tell me her hip is broken! 2 diffrent parts of the leg wtf! All they care about is money not the actual animal. Thank god for her normal vet Dr.Bernhard who saw the problem and quickly scheduled her surgery. My poor pooch will be back to normal soon!

We have brought several of our dogs to the emergency center for one or another reason. Every time we have been there, the staff and the doctors have been amazing - caring, efficient, and spot on with their diagonisis. Our most recent visit with Dr. Weil was although extremely sad, it couldn't have been handled any better. My appreciation for her help and caring personality helped both my husband and I cope with a unfortunate situation. She is the best.

I am beyond thankful to you that I still have my 5 year old shih tzu/pekingese Riley. He had a high fever, was dehydrated and very lethargic. Between the care he got there on a Saturday evening and his primary care vet the following week he is back to 100% healthy. I don't believe in my heart he would have survived the weekend until he could see his regular doctor. And for you I am eternally grateful!

Very caring and informative. Took my 16 month old yellow lab there on a Saturday evening. Lethargic and not eating. Tests diagnosed kidney failure. Blood work performed every 12 hours and I was updated on every blood draw. She received EXTRAORDINARY care while at the facility. Unfortunately she did not survive, but they did everything within their power to try to help her. Thank you!

I wanted to express my thanks to DR. Reis and her vet tech for doing their jobs today despite both of them very clearly having had terrible evenings the day before. I want to point out that in my job as a therapist I have interacted with a few people over the years who despite their best efforts, struggle with showing basic human kindness- so I am aware of the daily struggles these two women encounter as they pretend to have emotion. Shame on you both for treating us as uncaring people who had not yet taken our dog to a trad... read more

So rude and disrespectful. It was a Sunday so we had no other choice but to take our dog to this unprofessional place. Brought my little chorkie girl in because she was vomiting and unusually tired. We were terrified because she was only a few months old so my mom and I rushed her to the closest animal hospital we could get to that was open on a Sunday when this happened. Once we got there the people were seemingly nice, then the first nurse came in and angrily chastised me for not taking the puppy to the vet yet when I've o... read more
