I have used Berks Animal Emergency several times over the years and have been very pleased with the service. As late as last Friday I took my cat, Benjamin over as a precaution. He was racing about and seemed agitated. Fortunately nothing was wrong and Benjamin had a marvelous time while Dr. Reis examined him and spent a lot of time with him trying to figure it out. They took wonderful care of our cat, Thor. Thor broke his leg at 2am Thursday. They kept him comfortable and pain free til he had surgery on Fri. They took time to explain everything and took excellent care of him
This place was out of business last time I drove by. Animal or human healthcare - all the same. Exploit your position to rob you. Dr. Moyer on Daniel Boone Road ( definitely not Exeter Animal Hospital ) is one of the last old school vets around. If you know of another decent honest vet please post them.
I had nothing but support and understanding and kindness when I took my Toddie there. They were great with him and me!! They were great even after I lost him due to his seizures. Caring and sympathetic! Thank you!!! ♡

Last night we had to say goodbye to our 17 year old Golden. It was evening and the 4 th of July weekend when her entire back end and legs decided to stop working. We had known the time was coming, but we had hoped to have her put to sleep at home. Unfortunately, the holiday weekend left us with no choice but to take her to this unfamiliar place. They were so warm and wonderful. Everyone from the receptionists to the doctor were great to our Gypsy and to our family.
Worst place ive ever been to definitely not worth going again!!!! If you love your pet take it somewhere else
Not animal people ! This business is money people ! I didn't have enough money and they sent us home and said good luck !!! Is that humane ??
Thank you so so much for taking such great care of our dog Paco. He has been to you guys a few times for his seizures. This weekend was his worst one yet and your staff went above and beyond for him. It's comforting to know that you are there when we really need you.
