RecommendedKeith, my salesman, was great- very patient - answered all my questions- wasn’t pushy- when I returned for a second look he was happy to show me the same car. Gretchen was great. She listened to me about what I wanted and was very understanding when I said “no”. After 2 days and even after visiting Jones Ford, Gretchen and Berkeley Ford came through for me with a truck that more than fit my wants and my financial needs. Literally the only thing I conceded was a full 4 door super crew. Loving my super cab with all the bells and whistles I could have wanted. Berkeley Ford has great people and have earned a repeat customer in me.
Pricing was exceptional, low dealer "admin" fee and paid exactly what was quoted not a cent more!

the service dept is professional and polite, but in the end my car is still a fiesta. the transmission still stutters. and the door latch was recently recalled for the second time. I have been dealing with that issue since well before the first recall. but apparently this has been an issue for ford since ford vs. Ferrari.

Made apt for oil and tires rotation. Took 1.15 min not bad for time. Everyone was pleasant. Little TLC, vacuum out the car would have been great. Pit stop and jiffy does this little TLC. I will go back convenience was great.
