Good sales and salesmen was excellent
I was treated with utmost respect and courtesy. I recently took my Explorer back out to have a passenger mirror repaired. Although disappointed that was not covered by warranty, the service manager took time and showed me why. After his explanation I understood it a bit better. He pointed out some scuffs on the fender and the mirror. Ford would deny the claim if submitted. Wasn’t very costly to fix. I will definitely go back and look at vehicles in the future. Very nice new facility.

We cannot thank the people of Berkeley Ford enough for taking care of our truck (Rosie the Big Brown Truck). We needed just an oil change as we were traveling through, yet they treated us like loyal, repeat customers. Their state of the art facility had doors tall enough and lifts strong enough to do the work without us having to take our slide in camper off.
