I bought an F-150 from Ray Smith at Berkeley Ford last Saturday, 7/27/19. When he saw us looking around unattended, he hustled right over to us with a big smile and made sure we were taken care of. He was quick, thorough and friendly. Before we left with my truck, he made sure the oil was changed and we has some gas in the truck. Cannot recommend Ray and Berkeley Ford enough!
I have always had a good experience with Berkeley Ford’s service department. They have always been very kind, courteous and helpful. I talked to Steve last week regarding a problem with a manufacturing flaw and he has assured me that it will be promptly taken care of. He hasn’t failed me yet!
