Your mechanics are a bunch of dirty ill-showered lazy hacks. I get my tire fixed here and you guys can't even put my spare back? I guess I did pay for you guys to make me have to get my awesome new white leather vest and pants completely filthy!! I had to go home and refreshen and I was 30 minutes late to my Queen cover band's gig at the bingo! Freddie was never late to a show so it's not a "cover" band if we aren't emulating them!!
I have had great luck dealing with Berkeley ford. My uncle bought a new truck here and traded in his lightly used super duty. They sold his old one to me for a great price and we were able to agree on a trade in price for my truck. I am currently getting brakes done here and they don’t try to up-sell what I don’t need. So far their only short coming was the delivery of my uncles new truck. The roof wasn’t cleaned and the hood was chipped but I didn’t knock down a star cus it’s not my truck.
I'll add a 5th Star when I get my SD card for my used Nissan Leaf SL. I can't say enough about Duffy's excellence. The staff's knowledge was limited on electric cars but Duffy Skinner quickly learned the basics and helped me get all the info I needed fast. We had a little hiccup with charging the car but found a solution. Otherwise, excellent overall experience. A little disappointed the vehicle did not come with an Owner's Manual and the 2nd key was not programmed. Mark Gunther made financing a piece of cake.

I brought my truck in to trade in for a used vehicle. ended up getting a new one 1% a.p.r. Salesman Duffy and Brian treated me and my wife great made us feel welcome. we were so satisfied that was went back a week later and traded in wifey car for a new one. great place to go get treated like family and not another number...
Bekeley Ford has permanently lost the possibility of making a sale to me. Went in to look at a vehicle without intent to purchase!! They checked my credit after I told them specifically not to!! Will never deal with for any reason....
