Great customer and friendly staff
No pressure, truthful and made the buying experience pleasant.
Not very friendly people watched 3 salesman bash customers as soon as the customer walked out. Went in was in the process of making a deal with a salesman worked with him about hour then don’t hear nothing for another hour only to find him greeting and trying to sell to another customer why the floor had several other sales associates standing there so clearly it’s just a numbers thing for Berkeley Ford would not recommend to anyone!!!

I had a recall on my Fusion a couple of years ago for the door latches malfunctioning. My husband brought it to this dealership to fix and they claimed it was done. Last year, my driver door malfunctioned for the recall reason. I have moved to TN so I took it to a dealership here. The original parts are still in the door! They didn’t fix it but turned it in to Ford and were reimbursed for the work! I attempted to call them and they would never return my calls. The dealership in TN took care of the door for me. Charged me $150 for what I already knew. Said that my repair would cost over $16,000.00. Guess what: I fixed my truck in my driveway for $97.36! Jones Ford & Berkeley Ford can’t be trusted!!!!!
