RecommendedThe sales man "Kareem" went out of his way to find out what I was looking for and how I used my vehicles and what my needs were. Then let me shop and test drive any and all vehicles that caught my eye. Treated me with respect and did not talk down to me. Being a senior female that is important to me. Then there finance department worked a great deal for me with a low interest rate that I never dreamed was possible. Yes I highly recamend Berkley Ford if you are looking for a vehicle.
I was in for a routine oil changes for our F150 and F250 and every time we came in no one had masks on and wasn't social distancing themselves, except for the cashier. She was behind a glass enclosure. The service representative walked us from the service department, through the lobby to the cashier without a mask on both times. Also was in both vehicles without a mask on. TV and emails advertise the dealership "we're clean and sanitized". We will NEVER get through this pandemic like this. Thoroughly enjoyed our purchase experience with Kareem and Louie last year. Especially since the hubs surprised me with her lol. Took my girl for her scheduled visit this time and not only did they take me still when I was a bit late, but I thought I was only getting oil change and tire rotation yet rolled out with new air filters and wipers too. I thought the hubs was crazy at first for purchasing the maintenance plan but have to admit, it’s nice to just roll in and have all taken care of. So far, it’s been worth every penn... read more

Service department has had my 2017 Ford explore 3 1/2 weeks now still haven’t gotten my parts they keep telling me still on back order!
Service was quick and efficient. Had a sensor fail and when the part arrived it was installed on a Saturday without an appointment .

My worst experience trying to purchase a truck in my life. The salesman played me four a fool and the manger flat out lied to me! Not getting my money but Jones Ford is.

Definitely was treated well. The Manager made it his priority to make sure we were taken care of. The sales person who attended us was very honest with his opinion and made sure we got what we wanted. We needed a spacious vehicle and that’s what we got. We did not feel any pressure. Everyone was very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to purchase a vehicle.
