Poor service. A waste of my time.
We went to the lot, not one salesman bugged us or harassed us at all while we looked. Went inside and Kareem helped us. Walked us thru the whole process and got a great deal and interest rate. Kareem advocated for us and everyone got a fair deal. Got a great trade on my old vehicle too. Go see Kareem.
I’ve owned Ford Mustangs a good part of my life, especially the last 30 years. The previous Ford dealership that I did buy my last and current Mustang couldn’t live up to the service that was expected and didn’t live up to customer service over the last 7 years. I had an outstanding experience working with Kimmie LaPiene. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication was top-notch—she always texted back quickly and responded promptly no matter how I reached out.
