The service department has to be one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The service manager is a joke. This was my first and last time going to this dealership and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I will never do business with Berkeley Ford again. Don’t stick to their word.

Very courteous and friendly staff! We had our vehicle towed 40 miles to Berkeley Ford to have some work done on it because of their level of service! I highly recommend this dealership and service department!
If I was you I would approach this dealership with extreme caution. I definitely would not deal with Stanley. I called today because I wanted to see a vehicle they had no pictures for and was told it was still in stock. I explained to him how much I wanted it because of the deal and had been wanting to replace my other after a drunk driver hit me and totaled it.
