I booked and fully prepaid for a 3-night twin room stay at Berjaya Eden Park London Hotel through Agoda. To my dismay, upon check-in I was assigned an old, rundown, smelly, and tiny room in the basement. To make matters worse, one of the mattresses was completely spoilt, with protruding springs, making it impossible to sleep on. The room was also noisy, with voices and footsteps from outside clearly audible. The room was average overall, with a good bathroom and a clean, spacious bed. However, the carpets had a noticeable stale smell, which affected the comfort of the stay. Refreshing the floor coverings would greatly improve the atmosphere, as the “closed air” odor was present in both the room and hallways.

I am very satisfied with the service at this hotel. It is very close to public transport, souvenir shops, eateries, and daily essentials. It’s also near Boots, M&S Food Hall, Tesco, and Sainsbury’s Local. The staff were very helpful and friendly — I’m really happy with their service. Truly worth it!
