My vintage engagement ring was in need of some TLC and from the first phonecall to enquire if they were able to help, the service at Bercotts was very friendly and welcoming. They were very quick, the price for the repair was reasonable, and communication was good. My ring looks brand new again, I’m so pleased with it! A truly outstanding experience, both David and his son Max provided a professional service whilst making us feel at ease.
